Is the pipe with the kit the tail pipe?

the kits comes as a tail pipe and muffler and mine was 99. I think before shiping

Mine total came to 136. Yeah shipping is on the steep and but good quality.

If so I would deff. Buy another system....drop some bad *** headers and go fro a true dual muffler set up... My 2¢

Would like to know which is better for a dd magna flow or the flowmasters don't want to be crazy loud when cruising down the hiway at 70

 

I think the exhaust system was bastardized on the 95 Cherokee Sport I purchased. I want to replace everything from the downpipe to the tip. I want to pick up the magnaflow kit. What else will I need? ie Cat part #? Number of universal hangers? clamps/size?
