Got my bumper today. The bumper has a few defects I'm not too thrilled about.... But for the price I'm not going to raise a stink.
It's a solid bumper that will definitely serve its' purpose. The things I didn't like about it are: One of the welds on the lower winch section is kind of boogered up, one of the pieces of metal that slopes down to the winch section was cut too long and hangs off the back, and I was honestly expecting the frame tie ins to be made of a slightly thicker steel. Maybe that's just me... But the bumper feels as solid as a rock and the frame tie-ins feel flimsy. Once the bumper is mounted up, the frame tie ins will be sufficient for its' use, but they feel a little weak by themselves.
Overall, I'm happy with my purchase. I just wanted to point out these small details so others can be aware of what they are getting. These are solid bumpers.... But aren't "show quality". Can't beat the price though. Thanks for the bumper, Chris!

I recieved my rear bumper yesterday it looks great but I have a question is their any reason why I couldnt re use the mounting bolts ? With only a few cus words I managed to get them all out and the nut plates are still in good shape
.
Or should I get slightly longer bolts because of the thicker mounting boss?

Thanks for the info. I think I will try and use newer grade 8 bolts
wow this bumper is so cool and presently the strongest part of the whole vehical. Wow what a battleship :-)
.
How do I go about ordering a flat top bumper for the front with a 2" reciever hitch and D ring mounts like the rear has?
.
I promise not to whine about how long it takes
