Helpin' Leonard out here on the winch thing...
This is how I did my XRC8 winch just a few min. ago. Initially I was gonna cut the grill, but this was so close to fitting decent I just said F-it and shoved the grill on there. You can barely see where it bows at the top near the hood line. Looks fine to me.
I ditched the supplied roller fairlead and used a buddys steel one for a lower profile and easier mount.
Basically what he did was take an old(very HUGE) leaf spring shackle, cut the ends with the holes off of it and fully welded them onto the top of the bumper. Simple, easy and effective.

yeah it would work just as good... both bushwackers and OEM fron fender flares stop at the fender line anyways... i had him stop mine at the grill but that was because i thought bushwackers kept going... but itll work and look great for either....

what do you use on your bumpers for paint/bedliner/undercoating... whatever it is? im about to start wirewheeling down my car trailer and i wanted to use the same stuff on my trailer Vs. paint... thanks!

Hey Leo, I sent an email, but haven't heard back yet. Are you still in the business of making/selling these bumpers? I haven't decided on whether I want to take the time to do my own or not.
