Chris, I understand you are very busy and have been overwhelmed with the success of your bumpers.

I placed an order for:
- Flat Top front bumper, Ext Sides, add hitch
- Rear bumper with hitch

The timeline of our communications have been:

4-14-13 - You quoted me "Original price shipped is $625 and ill do $600. If your not running cut
fenders you need the extend sides they go back to the flairs"

4-22-13 - I mailed Money Order for payment

5-10-13 - You PM'ed me that you received the Money Order for my order.

2-9-14 - I asked for update and was told "I had your order info in my books and I over looked it im
very sorry and ill get your shipped very soon I sorry for the long wait."

4-9-14 - I asked for update and was told "Should not be much longer"

5-24-14 - asked for update with no response as of 5-28-14

I have been very patient during the wait, but it's worn out. I want my money back and I'll just get some bumpers somewhere else or make my own.

Chris, I am not at all trying to be difficult in any way. I have been very patient and understanding. I know this is your side gig and you have a day job and family - I do too and I know if I was in your spot I'd not want to come home and build bumpers every dang day.

I will extend my patience once again, but here is where I am at....

You have had $600 of my money for over 1 year and have not sent me the product I paid for with quoted lead time of 6+ weeks.

Today is 5-29-14.

No later than Friday June 13th - 2 weeks from now - I either want my bumpers sitting in my driveway or my money in my mailbox. Not a tracking #, not "on the way", not anything other than IN MY HANDS.

It doesn't matter to me which one you send, but I want one or the other and you can decide which ever one is easier for you to guarantee I have IN MY HANDS by June 13.

"Man im sorry about all this I have went busted on trying to get everyone's orders out I never wanted to take anyone's money just want to put out a great product at a great price I have quit taking orders and im doing all I can im going to get you some money bumper want ever it takes man I've just run into some bad luck and im trying to pull out of it if you could email me I can get back to you faster."

Chris, I am not trying to be rude or difficult. I have exhausted my patients and asking you for updates. I am done waiting, I am done being ignored and put off again and again, I am done talking about it. I've been in discussions with the United States Postal Service regarding mail fraud / theft by mail, your local sheriff department as well as my local sheriff department and I am leaving in their hands. I want my $600 back. End of story.

I have done talked to your sheriff department about this I'm trying to work with you the best I can I'm not trying to take your money, they told me to work with you and work things out and that's what I'm doing.

Please just return my $600. Paypal to this email or US Postal Money Order will be fine
