Hey guys I just wanted to let you know my EZ adjust track bars have been through testing and are now available for XJ,MJ,ZJ,andTJ's! They are available on my site at www.ironman4x4fab.com
Here is the link
http://www.ironman4x4fab.com/Jeep_XJ.../XJ_EZFTB.html

I know they are priced a little above the range of most of my products but they take twice the work to build and are super easy to install.
I know a few guys on here have them so ask around and see how they liked em.
I also always do packages for CF guys to save some cash on multiple items and orders.
Thanks
Andy

I have been working on developing one but I want something that is foolproof and unquestionable.
we are very close to a final design. It will be a cross member kit that bolts and welds on and will fit a long arm/radius arm kit or a 3 link all from the same kit so we can offer both.
It will also change the transmission mount so that it runs on a poly setup instead of the floppy rubber mount.
You wont believe how big a difference a poly trans mount setup changes your rig.
I put a similar set up on a 98 auto with poly motor and trans mounts that I build and it started chirping the tires shifting second gear at full throttle ....... mmmmmm sexy!

Oh my arms work with the Clayton cross member if he will sell you just that. his set up is really awesome but is to expensive for the arms themselves IMHO.

k ill try and check it out... ive found other crossmemebers but there just stock replacements which are just useless without LC arm mounts... im not a master fabber and the control arms would be pretty easy... but the crossmember is gonna be fun and take alot of different small pieces (scraps almost) when those are alittle harder to come by without a shop and left overs already... almost gotta start building and get what metal you end up needing... im building my lift little by little as im sure alot of people do so that its the way i want it from the getgo and i dont buy a lift and then not like it and then start mixing parts... all craiglist parts and whatnot to see how big i can go for next to nothing... all i got left are control arms and crossmember... but kits are still $700 for that...

In theory, if you wanted a double sheer joint you could install one in place of the tie rod end.

I guess Ill ask the vendor...What is the least and the most lift you can get out of those shackles of yours? Thinking about ordering that trac bar too
It was supposed to be anywhere up to 3.5" of lift, But I didnt adjust them at all and they gave me an extra 3" of lift. Thats with them adjusted all the way down. I can still adjust them 2-3 inches. I put 3" coil spacers on the front and when I put the shackles on, it leveled it out. Now I got almost 8" of lift... They are great shackles..
They ride and drive good. I need some new shocks to be certain. My Rough Country shocks took a crap on me awhile back.. They didnt change the way it rode before I put them on, So its all good..

Hey guys sorry for the absence I have been Soooo busy all i do is build parts and sleep. The EZ adjust track bar actually works better on lifts from 3" up we are having some conflicts with the lower lifts and are working on a really tough alternative track bar for the shorter applications

Well, the EX adjust is a direct bolt-in, and fully adjustable for the heights you want. The Other one you would probably need to go up an inch or so to utilize it effectively.
