With any production run there will be issues, and with that being said I have 3 BLEMISHED Stubby Winch bumpers. Any issues are purely cosmetic and other than that they are ready to go. They are marked on the back where nobody can see them "blem". THESE ARE SHIPPED BARE STEEL, NO HARDWARE. I will include a list of the hardware you will need. THESE ARE SOLD AS-IS ALL SALES FINAL -
