How do you pick someone to win $1,000 in product from an anonymous survey?

The last page of the survey where it asks for email, Name, phone number does not tie to the survey when we export that info that's all we get is the name, email and phone numbers. They will be tied to a number (the order they were received) and a random number generator will pick a number.
