NP231, NP242, or any one with 27 spline output.

Yes it comes with a D Ring tabs, I have not installed them on mine yet...

There was no lock washer for the yoke but iron rock instructions don't mention one so I guess I'm ok

Ya you should be fine, I do recommend some red locktite though.
