Looks good. Did you ever figure out if you got the first batch of links? Wondered since you weren't able to run your sway bar. Still waiting on my 3 link and the high Clarence crossover I ordered hoping it ships out soon

I haven't touched the jeep, been too busy with work and taking parts off my other jeep. I usually work 8-5 then when I get home pull parts off the other jeep till 9 or 10 then go to sleep. The green jeep still is missing parts so I haven't gotten around to it.

My lower arms are about 34" bolt center to bolt center. Axle is still pushed forward it seems and the coils hit the bumpstop towers, the bumpstops don't line up right which caused my fender flare to be knocked off and I can't use my sway bar.The CavFab Alpha Series 3 Link-photo798.jpgThe CavFab Alpha Series 3 Link-photo42.jpgThe CavFab Alpha Series 3 Link-photo809.jpgThe CavFab Alpha Series 3 Link-photo618.jpgThe CavFab Alpha Series 3 Link-photo604.jpgThe CavFab Alpha Series 3 Link-photo288.jpgThe CavFab Alpha Series 3 Link-photo97.jpg

I was the first to install this and after I reported it they said they made the links too long and shortened them for all the next kits they shipped. The new links I have now got me back to stock wheelbase so I have no issues running the stock swaybar. I'm wondering if you got some of the long links?
How long are your second set of links they sent to correct your problem?

I just got my links yesterday, they measure about 34" at their shortest setting. Curious what you come up with on this as I plan on running 4.5" springs up front as well.

By the way, there were no tie in brackets with the links for me either!! Still haven't heard back from CavFab on that, but it's the weekend, so I'll give them until Monday to give me an answer.

I don't know what the deal is. Everything is popping and clanging and hitting everything when I drive. Tightened everything down, drove it, retightened everything and still pops and clangs. I don't know what is hitting what anymore. Hopefully I'll hear from Dave soon. I plan to get it aligned Monday and maybe they can figure something out that I can't and make everything work but as of now it's bad.

looks like you still have some adjusting to do, your pictures show that you still have to adjust the lower links to get the coil centered to the bumpstop...

In my knowledge of alignments which isn't a whole lot but there's some. You use the lowers to put your axle where you want it in the wheel well then use the upper to get the caster correct. Well the coils are too far forward making the back of the coil rub on the backside of the bump towers. I could be wrong but wouldn't this mean the axle is too far forward?

Edit: Also, when it flexes out the bumpstop towers end up behind the extended bumpstops on the axle

Not sure, but I've learned when trying to adjust pinion angle,
First make sure bumpstop on top is centered in coil then worry about pinion angle after which shouldn't be much to adjust except from the upper link/control arm...

His lower links are fully collapsed and his axle is too far forward.

I dropped it off at a 4x4 shop. Hopefully they can figure something out that I can't. I mean they work with this kind of stuff every day and do alignments on lifted vehicle and all so we'll see tomorrow after work when I pick it up.

I've always heard mixed reviews about Clemson 4wd, but I had a great experience there. They also built a TJ and JK for my wife's tattoo artist. Bro-dozers for sure but well built rigs none the less.

I'll have to double check after work but I'm fairly certain they are around 34". The old ones were about 36"
