4 cylinder 2wd
im looking at buying a 87 4 cylinder 2 wheel drive comanche with a manual trans and i have a donor xj with the 4.0 and 4x4 manual trans its a 96. will the engine trans and transfer case bolt right up? also with the front diff bolt up? im not too worried about the wiring as i can hack and tap the wire harness out of the xj. im more worried about the motor mounts and front axle mounts. thanks.

Yeah, it's gonna be a FULL swap. Full harness.........doubt you'll be able to hack any of it.
You'll need the rad support and rad also.
You'll also need to address fuel delivery.

ya im good at wiring its not the first time ive done a harness but ive never done it in a jeep. thats why i was mainly concerned about the motor and axle mounts. are they the same? good point about fuel i didnt even think of that where is the gas tank located on a comanche? thanks for the input.
