Yes. Thank you. I still probably wouldn't drive it that way, but to each their own. Glad you like it.

i owned both.. like them both..
we all also know that the xj can be built..
repeating this on the KL forum is pointless.. we got it..we know..

sooo.. woa your self, i could build a pinto to runs 6s also.. and we all know you can build a stock what ever to do what ever..

youd have to do some precision work to get a stock XJ up to par with KLS balance, and control, maneuverability, etc. on road and off..
only way you can be convinced is if you get one...

also the way a TrailHawk performs, is more comparable to a rubicon than an xj.
i see whats going on. yall are used to burning everything on the road in the xj just like i did also... but its replacement is here and will stay.. and its better..

I agree. They're two completely different schools of thought. That's ok. The XJ will never have the stability control or automatic traction control that the KL does. It is yet to be seen if the KL will have the reliability and durability the XJ does. While the market changes, people are now demanding more luxury, more amenities, and better fuel economy, and less off-road capability. There isn't anything wrong with this. Just the demand of the market and the buying power of the consumer. Exactly why the Compass/Patriot/Liberty/Commander/Renegade/JKU were released. Not everyone wants, needs, or can afford a small off-road machine like the Wrangler. This is why we love the Cherokee. More capable than the smaller lines, not as big as the Grand, more cargo room than the TJ/JK/JKU, and as capable as a CJ/YJ/TJ/JK in the right hands. The best of all worlds.

*Back to the point though. Speed Limiter in 4lo. I bet there's a programmer that would shut that off. Or one can be made to do it.

lol, i honestly wouldnt see a need in shutting it off.. a valid point i did not dare to argue is speed vs snow..
but here is the major point, running at or around that speed is so smooth you dont even really know your in 4 lo until you step on the gas pedal. typically the speed limit here on the back roads is 30mph, when everyone else was crawling.. this thing will indeed push through, i been waiting for snow for a while here, and we got a bad one.. 4 inches of snow, then rain then 6 more inches of snow on the 3 inches of ice the 4 turned into lol.. the active drive did wonderful, if the jeeps of old we all love had this active drive system , with the ability to mod... o lord.. talk about a monster..
