Default Driveshaft Vibration

I've been following this forum for a while now and it's helped tremendously in the past with some issues I've had...so I'm hoping you guys are able to help me out.

I just had my Jeep '97 XJ shipped from the US to Europe after relocating. Prior to shipping, I had some shims put in to help align the driveshaft and minimize the vibration once I hit about 55+, as well as new u-joints which had gone bad (already has a SYE kit...lift is a 3.5" Rubicon Express). Parents said it was running like butter when driving it to port.

However, after arrival and sitting on a ship for 1 1/2 months, I get the car to hit the highway and it is running terrible. Vibration kicks in at about 30mph and gets worse as the speed increases. I am unsure of what could have gone wrong in shipment, but hoping you guys could help me in narrowing down a fix. Could something have gone off alignment that easily during shipment, or could it need something as simple as a shot of grease (no grease gun here yet unfortunately).

Thanks for the help in advance!

I'd balance the tires first. Sitting can make them do weird things.

Tires seem to be alright. The vibration is exactly the same as before the SYE install, but this time about 5x worse.

Not sure if it helps, but I received the Jeep in 4wd low though it was shipped in 2wd. Not sure if this could have caused issues?
