FYI: I may be wrong but sense Dale Martin copyrighted those photos I'm assuming he didn't relinquish the rights to them. If that's true I would make sure you get a release for the photo you want in the calendar.

Dale is a very good and long time friend of over 15 years. He is completely on board with the march COTM competition. He sent me the high res pics to forward on to Lowrange2. There are absolutely no copyright worries here. Dale just wants a calendar next year from me! Andy, if you think there is anything additional needed or an email directly from Dale, just ask. There won't be any problems or delays providing it. The pics were taken spur of the moment one weekend when neither of us had anything else to do (other than chores). Seems the best pics are taken that way and these turned out great. Thanks again everyone.
