Do you have spark at the plugs when turning over?
Do you have fuel pressure at the fuel rail with the key ON? There is a test valve that is like a tire valve, you press the center pin and fuel should spray out. You can do a "loan-a-tool" at a major parts store for a pressure test gauge, where you buy it and then return it later, but a quick check is to see if fuel vigorously sprays out.
Does it do anything other than turn over, i.e., spit, sputter, shake?

it just cranks over and over. but after about 4 or 5 times trying it will finally start and idle at 5oo grand then will stall if you touch the gas pedal. if you get it started and let it run for about 5mins. you can drive it and it runs with out any problems after that and you can even turn it off and it will fire right back up with no issues. it only has trouble when it sits for few hours or longer basically when ever it cools down. any thoughts now?

Try this: with the key OFF, press the gas pedal all the way down (or most of the way), then turn the key. If it starts like this, that makes me suspect a leaking fuel injector, or more than one, that is flooding it. It would be good to test the fuel pressure to see if you have a failed regulator.

Good call, T! Another vote for a fuel issue.
Let us know what you find.
