2004 GC Laredo, intermittent wiper not workinig

Having a problem with my 2004 GC laredo. When I turn on the wipers on intermittent, they swipe one time, pause then swipe continually as if in regular mode. They work fine in slow and fast steady mode, just no intermittent function. Anyone have any ideas?

Yeah, there is a wiper module somewhere, IDK where it is, that's not working.

He is right about the wiper delay module thats usually the fix about 9 out of 10 times but I came across 1 incidence where it was actually the wiper motor that was the fix and actually shocked me as I figured if its working it had to be the module but finally replaced the motor after the module failed to fix it.
