Help! Found a loose wire near the fuse box.
98 Grand (VIN - 5.2L)
has a 5.9L 360
Had a NP249 until I recently (2 years ago) swapped in a 242.
AT this time it started up and I did a couple of doughnuts around the yard.
I have had a long term issue with no-start.....about 9 years. Yesterday I set out to begin troubleshooting again. As I reached for the hood release latch, I noticed a Blue wire(14-16awg?) labeled "Electrical Breaker" was just hanging there. I assume this needs to be connected. I looked and couldn't find an obvious empty socket missing a wire.
This is in the area below the steering wheel.
Any experts here that know where this goes?
Thanks

I'm looking for something similar to this...."and then connect that wire to pin 45 on the fusable link"... So if anyone could do that.....yeah.... That would be great.
