Default Project rescue a Jeep ZJ

I own a 1996 jeep grand cherokee. It have stand still for about 3 years becouse there is some starter problems that my brother wont fix. He was the owner before me. So he bought a new house, and just want to get rid of it. Then i want drive in it, and have it as my second car/project car, so i bought it cheep.

First we thought that it was the ignitions switch, at replaced it but i wasnt the problem.

The Starter relay in the enginebay are clicking. i can start it by short circut the starter motor.... It maby think it is the NSS switch?

Things i want to do with it now:
Change All the fluids( Front and Rear Diff, Transmission, Tranfercase, Coolant water, brakefluid)

Fix the state problem
New Exhaust
Remove the stock frontbumper.

Future Plans:
mud and terrain tires and some steelwheels
3 or 4" lift kit
Homemade Frontbumper
Some Bucket seats
