I picked up the Iron Rock mounts. So far so good, I get a little vibe that runs through the chassis just above idle. I think they'll break in nicely though.
I just took a look at the Rusty's mounts. They looks very similar, but it looks like the IRO is a slightly better design. More rigid and a little cheaper.

The vibes I have right now are fairly minimal, only at a particular RPM (~1200rpm?), and little change at idle. I can PM you later to let you know if they break in and go away completely. I will say this though.. I was surprised how much the factory mounts let the engine move just by a normal startup. I subconsciously got used to the recoil after startup with factory mounts.

Started putting in my headers today. I heard Gearhead headers fit well.... They have 1 5/8" tubes and the flange is 1/2" thick which was fairly appealing aside from the other cheapos. The fitment hasn't been the best however. I had to notch part of the flange since the headers were too tight to the block. I would have finished today but there were more fitment issues with the header and the intake manifold at the end.
I also threw on some heat deflection tape.
Pre notch. You can see it resting on the block.
Intake manifold clearance issue

Dang man, just went through this whole thread and I likey. Many of the items on my "some day" list have already been checked off on yours. I really need some shakle relocators, I like your rear flex (sounds kinda weird). Keep up the great work.

Thanks! Currently I have 3.5" wasted (up) travel in the rear. I couldn't get the bar pin out and install BPE's without the whole bushing pressing out. I'd like to run longer shackles and more shackle angle but It'll lift me a lot more. Which I already sit higher in the back. I'm thinking I'll have to buy some 1-2" lift leafs and work with those vs the 3.5" packs I have now. I can't find anything with that little of lift that are military wrapped and polymer sliders.

I took a leaf out and got a little less height to almost level it out. However it does lessen the spring rate which my front coils are already on the stiffer side (want to say 220 lbf/in). I thought about getting the springs de-arched, but that's about the price of new aftermarket ones.

Made a little project for myself. I didn't want to pay for the price of the OEM under hood light, and I also wanted more light output anyways.

I've been trying to setup my rear for a little bit now before I do an axle swap. After I got my shackle relocation brackets I was able to get more travel out of the rear.
Which left me with this... My left shock was maxed out yet sitting higher. Took a bit to figure the angle of the axle for the SYE was the cuprit. I figured I'd take on basically free project so I could knock out two birds with one stone. I had 3.25" extra shock dedicated to uptravel I couldn't use.
It's getting hard to get my tires off the ground now
I'm not finished just yet. I ended up getting the wrong contact tips so I wasn't able to weld it up today.
