Won't start...completely stumped
So I have an 89 Xj. It's got 380,000 miles, but when it starts, it runs great. It was starting, then one day I shut it off for a second to move my truck out of the way and no more start...I've replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter, plug wires, cap, rotor, ignition coil, ignition control module, and 2 crankshaft position sensors and still nothing. Thought maybe a fuel issue, but my tester read just over 30 which is where it should be. Any ideas?

380K Wow! 90K more than mine. Agreed with the above, especially checking spark. If my MAP tube is off, or the wires to my MAP are unplugged it won't start. The MAP tube is brittle and easily messed up.
A little side note, If you hold it floor-boarded it will cut off the injector pulse. If it were flooded with a MAP issue that might help it fire.
I don't care if it's auto-zone land fill, or a dealer CPS, you can still check it in about the time it takes to tie your shoes. "Random dieing" is a hallmark there.
Ya just crank it with the leads connected to the unplugged CPS and see that you have over .35 AC volts.
Top in the link in my sig is a link to Cruisers stuff. Checking and cleaning your grounds almost always yealds a positive result. The sensor ground check, and cleaning the gang where both computers and the injectors ground there under the dipstick is in there.
380! Wow!
