Should i replace the CPS?
I just pulled the motor out of my 89 cherokee today, and i am going to rebuild it. I am on a tight budget, but i was wondering if i should replace the Crankshaft Position Sensor while my motor is out? It has not given me any troubles before, but my jeep has 190k miles.... Would it be a good idea? or should i not really worry about it?

If you can afford it then yea, keep the old one as a spare,I am always at the jy and have found a few that are almost new,I just get them and keep just in case, about 10 bucks because I am always on a budget. They are not hard to change though so i would not make it a huge priority, just clean it and make sure it is in good shape.
