So I looked at my FSM and it said that I had to evacuate the AC before I pulled the motor....but the only reason I see that you need to evacuate the AC is just so you could get it out of the way....It seems pretty straight forward swapping the motors and all but is it necessary to fool with the AC? Did you yourself have AC?

It turns out the blower motor was shot and that was my fix. She's got great heat now! Thank everyone for your replies and have a merry Christmas. And most importantly, thank the forum as a whole for being here and what not.
It is my hope this coming year finds everyone in good spirits and health.

If you have voltage on the connector for the blower fan then the relay is OK, and the blower should run if the motor's OK. If you have voltage in steps on all 4 speeds then the resistor is OK too. If the blower is NOT running when you have voltage on it's connector (and you've verified the connection is clean and securely connected) then if sounds as if you're blower motor needs replacing.
