Last night I started to replace the rear main seal & oil pan gasket. Started at 3pm and stopped for the night at 7pm. Finished it today, had about another hour in it. What a pain in the a@$!! Hopefully I won’t have to do that repair again for awhile!
Also has new wheels installed, the factory ones that I had installed at first were rubbing on the lca’s. So I got the correct offset and it fix the rubbing. Now I need to remove the fenders flares and trim the fenders.

What backspacing did you go with?

How is that carrier mounted? Did you make it? It's not stock

It is the Valley Industries hidden tire carrier. It mounts to the bumper and to the tail light mounting holes. Also there are 2 new holes that you have to drill in the tail light area for 2 other bolts. I added steel plate behind the inner panel of the tail light mounting location for added strength, it is quite a solid setup now!
Here are a few more pics of the carrier....

I reupholstered the headliner yesterday, the original was filthy and torn in a few places. I have done quite a few headliners before, but this particular one was a pain! The material they use from the factory is just soft garbage almost like a fiberglass material that just bends in every direction and falls apart when peeling off the headliner fabric! So I was left with a very lumpy headliner board after striping the old material from it and Not very sturdy, so I had to reinforce it in a few spots. I had some left over reflectix insulation and when glued to the headliner material strengthened it up quite nicely it will also add some much needed protection from the heat here in Phoenix!
The finished product was now where near as nice as I hoped. But better than before. I also installed and reupholstered my rear speaker bar I picked up last week. I will post pics later.
In the meantime here are a few other pics..

By far the best picture, My Cherokee was parked in the same spot for two days straight and no new oil spots!

I noticed in the photo where your track bar mounts to the axle you have a nice shiny bolt!! Did yours break or opted to just replace with a better grade? I see you still have that Flange nut with handle on there so what size bolt did you use with that?

I upgraded the track bar with the adjustable Rough Country track bar and used the supplied hardware.

I see that makes complete sense.

Did some more work on the Cherokee today. I ordered a matching spare so I needed to redesign the tire carrier so I started there. I cut the extension off and add a plate with 3 studs drilled and welded to it.

I also started building my roof rack. I am using 1” 16 ga square tubing. Dimensions will be 50”x76”. This will be the first time building anything remotely like this so don’t expect perfection!
