Herculiner...ed The bottom door panels, fenders, side step and bumper end caps to prevent paint from chipping from the plastic parts. Also removed the door trim. Easy mod looks cool.

The roll on bed liner is awesome you will like having it. I did so much my whole jeep is.
Roll on the herculiner. Used half a quart. I put two coats on and the stuff goes on super easy, and really covers well. I watched the video on the herculiner website and then taped, scuffed, and painted. The quart of herculiner cost 29.99

What do you do to the plastic to prep it for the herculiner?

almost finished with the spare tire holder and jerry can mount ran out of welding wire so will have to finish next weekend

Was it really as easy to prep as the video said? And how did you take off your trim?

I used a scuffing pad that 3m makes and sanded the plastics down. First you need to tape off any areas that you don't want scuffed. The herculiner dries in about 1-3 hours and is fully ready in about 9 hours. Once it is dry it is very tough.
