Default help with sway bar linkage breaking problem

Keep breaking front swaybar linkage on 90 cherokee with small lift and 31 inch tires, the drivers side upright peice that goes through the sway bar end loop keeps breaking. Anything I can do to fix this? is something else making this break?

Chances are you need longer sway bar links. get the appropriate length links and it should solve your problem.

where would be a good place to get oversize sway bar links? And the jeep has a lift, I think about 3 or 4 inches(it was already on it when I bought it) how much extra long should I get?

And thanks for the help!!!!!!

Just get quick disconnects. JKS makes some awesome ones. Super easy to take on and off. kinda pricey though.

okay this may be a really dumb question, but if you are by yourself how do you get the quick disconnects lined back up in the feild to repin them before hitting the road?

The whole swaybar can be moved so as long as your on level ground they just slide back on the pin.

When I did the 3" lift on my 91 I fabricated some new longer links with beefier grade 8 pins at the top and urethane bushings top and bottom. So far so good.

are they same as anti rollbars underneith front and back , if so i got 3inch lift, i cut them off but it gets interesting on corners you just got to slow down just like havin sex with a fat burd you dont wanna go to fast in case you fall off

Yes they are the same. Running without a rear one is fine but for a dd I would definitely have one on the front.
