I know this is NEVER going to happen, but I figured I'd just throw it out there to see what everyone says....


what would you think of an XJ that has been completely sandblasted to bare metal and then painted over with a clear coat and no paint?

 

You got the idea from the CBW page, about the clear XJ? I think if its not my coin going into the project its awesome.

you'd have to have the chrome trim pieces too, mirrors and such.

No, i sorta came up with it independent of that. I just think it'd be a cool idea. but I don't like it because its a waste of money....but the chrome and such would be cool.

dang. thats AWESOME! too much bling for my taste but thats still amazing and terrific.
