Need input on brake performance

My 2000 has the original booster, its the only part of the brake system that hasn't been replaced. It looks ugly lol but the thing works fine. I'm curious how long it will last.
When I redid the brakes on it, I did everything from the master cylinder down, well the little valve thing is oem too, but all hard lines, soft lines, drums, calibers, rotors, etc...
My brake pedal is on the softer side. I can press on the brake pedal with just my big toe and easily stop (don't ask me why I was driving bare foot)... I reckon you could unplug the vacuum hose to the booster (and cap it) to see how it feels without any assist. Just to compare.

Just realized I never closed this thread out with a solution. It was the booster. I replaced the booster and the brakes feel much more assisted now; just the way I thought they should feel.
