Changed my air filter on my 2012 Grand Cherokee Overland today and heard/felt something snap. When I looked, I saw this tube that is zip tied to the tube that connects to the air intake box. It has a small plug in the end (labelled patent numbe 3-021-029) but I can't tell if it is supposed to be recnnected to something, or is it just a vent tube. Picture below. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
