New here hello 01 Cherokee driver side passenger window rolls normal for like 1-2 seconds then slows down to a stop and if I wait maybe 2mins it works for the same amount of time then just now power it’s like it has to charge up because if I try maybe 45sec-1min after it will only work a little like roll up maybe 2in and a full roll is maybe 6in im thinking master switch but would like to get some feedback thank you in advances

 

Hi,I put a new window regulator in and now the window stops short 2 inchs from fully closed no matter where I line up the motor gear on to the regulator gear. Both the old and new regulator look the same.

 

I had the same problem. A buddy and I could not figure it out until I pulled the boot between the door and the body.. A lot of the wiring was dry rotted and broken. You may want to check there. Here is what mine looked like.
