Yea, FlowPath can be pretty picky about importing. I usually dumb the drawing down to the bare minimum and save it as an r12 dxf. Usually don't have a problem doing it that way.

Did you consider building the rear bumper and gas tank skid as one unit?

I didn't, I figured it would be an easier install/ uninstall if they were separate, plus the skid goes in front of the tank so it would be tough to get the bumper mounts inside the unibody. I did however, consider bringing the skid all the way to the bumper to bolt there as well, but I decided it would be strong enough just mounting above.
