Ah. These new control arms are temporary so I can get the jeep street worthy again, I still plan on going 3 link, but I just can't afford them right now.

Passenger side is bolted up, driver side not so much. That bushing took forever to get in right, and when it was finally done I was so tired I ended up accidentally dropping the upper UCA bolt into the unibody. I'm done for the night.
Only pic I got. Too busy throwing things in anger at that bushing

I recently got a magnetic pick-up tool that can rotate 360 degrees and extends 2 feet. I can't tell you how many times it's saved my butt because I dropped washers, nuts, and bolts in tight spots. No more cutting my fingers up sticking them in tiny holes.

Still, looks good! I need to overhaul the front end eventually, not looking forward to it.

Jeep is on all 4s! UCAs in and new u joint in the front driveshaft and is driving good for the most part, didn't really get to drive it too much because when I put the new u joint in I guess one of the clips didn't seat right and popped out along with the cap whole driving. Waste of $20.

New u joint and took it on the highway. Back in business baby! Still feel I slight jiggle, but that may only be my tires so out of balance. And I hit 1k followers on IG so today was a good day lol. If only It'd stop being in the 90s all week

So as usual my celebrations were premature. While out test driving I decided to hit this bump in the road going about 45ish and low and behold it wobbled again. Takes a bit more to initiate it, but it's still there. I'm gonna go through everything once more:
-Brand new adjustable upper and lower control arms
-New UCA axle bushings
-New ball joints
-Steering box spacer
-Larger bolts fit snug for trackbar
-New adjustable trackbar
-TREs are good
-Still haven't gotten alignment
-Tires a bit out of balance

I might go ahead and get that plate welded on the axle side trackbar bracket to make sure it's fully secure and replace all the TREs. I have balancing beads for the tires. I'm at a lost now.

I didnt read back too far but have you done the steering box yet? If not, does the pitman arm have side to side play coming out of the box?

I haven't touched the steering box yet. It's factory, leaks, and has play in the steering wheel/ shaft. I don't think the pitman arm has play, but that is also factory and reamed for my steering.

Might be time to start looking at a new one... well I would do the alignment first and put those balance beads in.
