Wheelin right above Cal State San Bernardino over the weekend. Nice simple trail with a few hills to climb. Great spot for beginners. Its only 15 min from my house so if anyone is in the area, let me know and I will meet up.
Just got home from dumont dunes on Tuesday was there for the holiday the jeep did great and was even able to climb halfway up comp hill in the jeep.
nothing broke and did not get stuck no problems at all .
we towed the corvair sand rail behind it on a trailer from barstow
and she did a great job of it
it was a good trip!

I still have not been to Dumont sadly. Been to Glamis and Pismo at least a 1000 times. Ill get there one day. Looking forward to see what the Jeep can actually do in the sand.
Will they be open with all the recent rains?
I'm going to Rowher Flats with a group from Wrangler Forum on Saturday.
They should be open. I didnt see anything that said they were going to be closed. I didnt end up going there so I cant say for sure. I went to a local trail instead. It was super washed out which made it a blast. My buddy took his Renegade and all I saw in my mirror was his tires coming like 2 ft off the ground! If he didnt have lockers, he wouldnt have made it past the first washed out spot.
Hi everyone, I'm in the high desert (Oak Hills) and looking to get into a Cherokee xj. If anyone has one for sale or you know of one for sale, please let me know. Looking for a 97-01 and my budget is $3500. . This will be my first jeep and 4x4 so I'll be learning as I go. Thanks everyone!
