She rides real nice!! Just a little vibration around 35-40mph for whatever reason...and also a pretty annoying *creak* in the rear right while I'm driving over bumps or steering right...even when I push down on the right side of my rear bumper I can hear it nice and loud...any ideas?
Definitely more plans for the future (need a quality tire carrier rear bumper for my spare...recommendations anyone?)
I would have someone push down on the bumper while I wached underneath to try and find the creak noise.
Or even get under there and pull/push on the body somewhere
.
Or try giving all bolts and nuts a once over to make sure they are tight, also make sure all bushing sleeves are pinched by the body or shackle and the leaf isn't making contact with either as well.
Two door Cherokees ROCK. Your's looked great when stock and now looks even better. If you don't need the interior carrying capacity you could remove the rear seat and mount the spare horizontally (lower center of gravity). However, working down a steep hill once I did have the rear start to come up and over. I have thought about moving that extra weight back as far as possible.
About the creak. Try, with the Cherokee resting on a level spot, loosening the two rear leaf spring and shackle bolts. Re-tighten to torque specifications. Check your shackle and exhaust clearances for contact.

Thanks for looking!!
Awesome clean 2dr! for your creak, if you get under it and its not crazy noticable, drive it for a while and dont worry anout the creaking, it might go away. it could be caused just because lift products are brand new. I have a zone lift and I noticed that the sway bar links were noisy, because they were actually working and moving the sway bar unlike my original links. Soooo it might work its self into being quite. but being in the back it can only be so many things. Check the u bolts again and make sure they are snug, and the leaf spring bolts. it could just be the leaf springs flexing, should go away.
Looks real good. What kind of bushings did you install in the leaf springs?
Creak was the rear leaf spring bolts...needed to tighten them up (a lot) and it's a whole lot better! Surprised though, such a strange sound coming something like that.
I used whatever bushings came with the 3-inch Zone lift that they provided.

Interesting setup!!!!!! I'm going to need that cabin space so I think a tire carrier bumper is in the works. Looks cool though I like it. What are the metal hydraulic/shocks looking things on the sides??
