Default Jeep "Dragoneer" 98 XJ Cherokee - Airbrush Jeep Cherokee

Hey all - I just finished this one Sunday!

I completely took her down and started over. White primer and base. 7 layer deep airbrush job on this Beast. She used to be my Blue Beast and now she is my "Dragoneer" (named such because she is covered with blue dragon scales).

I need to put her winch and roof rack back on yet.

Dude, that looks sweet! Nice airbrushing - I can only imagine how long that would have taken. Did you clearcoat over the airbrushing?

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
It took about 2 months but that was painting every possible moment. I did clear coat over it - I used Napa Acme Clear coat 4:1 mix ratio.

The Jeep was a rattle can blue - so I Scotchbrited the whole things, used white primer and AutoBorn sealer white base coats. then repainted the blue where the dragonscales are.

That's ridiculous but not like in a bad way. If I tried that it would look like a pic a 2 year old tried to color.

While not my cup of tea, it is phenomenal work. That's an insane amount of effort, and well done. Kudos miss!

Don't worry ~ I am not one who would take that offensively - it's even a good thing in a Jeep club. I am not typical fem - I can fix my own Jeeper and I know how to keep the skinny pedal down!
