Default Not allowed to post a write up?

I may be missing something in the rules but I was going to share a trick that I used on my truck in the write up section and I get a message not allowing me to post a new thread. Am I doing something wrong (don't go too hard on me in still a new guy on the block )?

What message are you getting? Where are you trying to post?

Write ups need to be approved. You submit, and the powers that be approve it. So it will not show up until someone reads and approves it...

I go to the write up section, click the xj write up link, click new thread, and get this.
