That looks awesome! I dig the rig man.

Installed a Hurst shifter from Core-Shifters. I can't believe how much of an impact this makes on driving. Shifts are short, crisp but weighty in a way that makes me feel like I'm actually moving cogs around by hand. The stock ax15 shifter is okay but too soft and vague.

Solid yet pricy upgrade.

PSSSHHH!!!! Rust-free my ***!

You know our air is like 1% salt 365 days out of the year, right? Vehicles in Florida aren't as "rust free" as people think. Our vehicles might not be in as bad of shape as of those in the salt-belt, but this ain't Arizona, man.

My rust-free cargo area.

My rust free OEM leafs.

My rust free lift springs before I refinished them

My rust free front axle, and if you look at the bottom left corner, you'll see my rust free caliper.

Moral of the story? Don't be fooled into thinking that just because a vehicle is from Florida, it's rust free. I live about 100 miles inland, and the air will oxidize metal surprisingly fast here.

Good news, I found the reason for the cyclinder 5 misfire.

Bad news, cam is wiped.

[QUOTE="NewKindOfClown;3236244"] What's the problem?

If the truck off and turn on lights(low) they come on....... Start the truck and they disappear. If I leave the lows on with the truck off, the headlamp delay buzzes. Once the delay stops buzzing the lows turn off. Could the delay be the issue? Is it possible the the lows ain't pulling enough juice to keep the relay open because there LED?
You see?

I'm not sure what your problem is? Maybe the headlight switch is bad? Does it have an upgraded harness? I've had zero problems with my trucklite headlights.

there's upgraded harnesses that you can buy and are strongly suggested for all Cherokees because of the poor wiring design.

Yea Im definitely gonna need a new harness. I now from past experience the headlamp wiring is very thin and not designed for heavy loads. But the delay was buzzing which kinda through me off.
Only think I dont understand is how does the new harness communicate with the switch?

Changed out differential fluids. Used HF gear oil pump which was real handy. Reclamped tail pipe to muffler since the weld broke.

Broke fan shroud trying to push it into position after I noticed the bottom tab of the shroud was not in place. Used clear permatex to hold it together. Will do a better repair or replace it when I do the radiator.

2 steps forward one step back...

That really isn't needed with LED headlights. With such low amp draw, the wires no longer choke the current. This prevents the loss of brightness and the dangerous heat buildup that plague the OEM configuration.

That said, a new harness may benefit him, depending on what's causing his problem.

I still would do it, as to relocate the potential problem else where so to maintain the ease of maintenance.
