O2 sensors

So gas mileage is bad and it is running rich. Gonna replace O2 sensors. I want the two closer to the engine right? Not the two closer to the exhaust.
In the picture 7 and 10 right?

More than likely, if 11 or 12 went bad you would get a CEL code for something like "Catalyst Efficiency Below Threshold"
The computer reads 11 and 12, and compares them to the readings from 7 and 10, and uses the difference to calculate if the cats are functioning correctly.
Or something to that effect.
