I will be picking up a 1998? (I think) Jeep Grand Cherokee ZJ 5.2 from a friend of mine for $500... the only catch is the engine in it does not run, BUT it comes with a running engine that is sitting on his garage floor

plans include:

For sure:
-33" tall tires (and maybe wheel spacers?)
-welded rear end
-2 or 3 inch lift either by home made pucks and/or junk yard springs
-removing a bunch or sheet metal in the front and rear fenders
-home brew front and rear discos
-home brew rack bars
-replacing the headlights with off road lights
-cb and/or ham radios and antennas to match
-replacing the rocker panels with square tube steel

maybes:
-home brew control arms... maybe Y link front and rear?
-plating the unibody rails??
-winch?
