Most boxes lock the drawers, when the top is closed!

(you can see my headunit and phone holder, seatcovers, overhead leds (24-5050 smd panel in the front, 36-5050 smd panel in the rear), the corner of one of my rear 6.5's, my new headliner, and my messed up grab handles)

(this is my 10 inch sub box, the fake port is so that i could put a couple of screws into the plastic, to the right of the box you can see the green switch that controls whether or not the hatch leds come on with the interior lights.)

I don't have any pics yet, but I recently installed a factory center cup holder (about as useful as a speed bump) and installed a USB port in to the forward facing wall of it.

This is a pretty common topic, do a search and you'll see a few threads on it, plus there are a few ideas in this thread.

Mine are not really "mods" but I have an OEM cup holder over the parking brake. I also have a Walmart cup holder that fits in the gap between the center console and the passenger seat. I need to get pictures of my set up lol.

The cheapest option is available at Dollar General or Walmart. The cup holders that cost $1 and mount on the door. That one is great for Comanches.

I'm happy with my clamp on baby stroller cup holder. Fits perfectly above the E brake which doesn't work.
