Yet another update.

So I have done alot of research. After searching I might have a heat soak issue. Although I really am not positive. With that im not sure what I should do from here. I got rotella t5 10w30 sythetic blend with a mopar filter and want to see if that helps my pressure problem but doubt it will help with the idle. It only idles rough after engine has warmed up, I turn it off, and start it again after a few minutes. I really just dont know.

No the pressure was not different. Maybe slightly but overall no.

It is starting to warm up and turn into spring weather so I think I will do an oil change using 10w30. The jeep has 126,000 miles but the engine only has about 65 or 70 thousand roughly. I was considering switching to synthetic. Is this a good idea?
A rough idle will cause a lower oil pressure reading. Do not get focused on the oil pressure...too many variables. Synthetic will usually show a lower pressure but that is a good thing. I have said it a thousand times, "oil pressure readings are a result, not a cause".

Changing oil viscosities will not help with the idle issue. Causes of rough idle are varied and could include one or more of these. Bad Or dirty IAC. Vacuum leak in intake manifold. Bad O2 sensors. Clogged or faulty fuel injectors. Faulty coil. Misfiring and faulty spark plugs.

I would start with the cheapest and simplest and go from there. Get a bottle of throttle body cleaner and go to work on your throttle body and IAC. Plenty of write ups online about this.

Make sure all gaskets and sensors are seated tightly around your throttle body. Check your air filter and change it if needed.

Most importantly keep an eye out on your coolant and take it back to the shop that did all the coolant work if you're leaking coolant.
