Default Rear seat shoulder seatbelts

I want to put rear seat shoulder seatbelts in my 88 cherokee. Will the shoulder seatbelts from a 2 door fit in a 4 door? If so what years will fit?

I know the front seatbelts are different between the 2 and 4 door models, but the rears should be the same.

My '87 has lap belts in the rear. Are there mounting holes behind the mouldings to accept the upper parts for a shoulder belt? I switched my front seat belts since the factory ones were broken. The ones I picked up from the JY were a little too short but I'm still using them. I think they were out of a '90.
