Anyone good with wiring on an 88 Cherokee? Just picked one up and things were going good. Went to charge my phone and the cigarette lighter didn't work then went to turn on the lights and no lights started looking under the dash and found a bunch of wires just taped up not hooked up. And some did wire bundling with rolls of electrical tape and hid some wires. I need help because I need this to get me around town for a couple weeks

My 89's headlight control switch doesnt work, unless its in acc or running. My 87 did that too. So did my 63 mercury's too now that I think about it. Got a few meters for running tests, hit me up.

I understand you need a vehicle to get to work. Do some research an I mean a lot of it by looking at what's out there. It took me 3 months till I found mine. I was picky on what I wanted had to be 97-98 lift or no lift and low miles. Then I finally found mine 98 3 1/2 inch lift 31's had 197k but the owner before him rebuilt the motor at 100k papers to prove it and interior looked brand new like it came off the lot. Take your time and don't jump into something because it might be a headache down the road. Let me know if you would like me to go with you too look at a xj I have no problem doing so to help you out

Mmm yeah its a feeler for how much I could get as of right now. Guy in pennsylvania told me to shoot for 4 grand. Just kinda testing waters. No ones even called yet so that explains that haha
As some of you may know, Im planning on moving to Pittsburgh in March.
In the mean time I needed a work truck, so its not going anywhere for now.
