so i was doing donuts and after i went to park in a parking spot and my wheel got really hard to turn unless i reved up the car then the wheel would turn but i dont understand why it was also whining really bad i dont know if the pump is blown or just messed up because i still have power steering when i rev over 1200 rpms and the jeep is 5 speed

 

you could just have a hole in your high pressure line.
put some fluid in there and get someone to turn your wheels while you watch for any fluid squirting out anywhere.
