I just replaced the track bar. welded around the washer on the lower bracket (because it was wallowed out) and it is now making an awful popping noise when i turn. idk what to do or how to fix it.

You welded at the axle bracket (passenger side)or the frame bracket(driver's side)?
The OEM type track bar has a tapered pin joint at the driver's side. That needs to be a tight fit. It usually takes pickle fork to break 'em loose. If that is the hole that's wallowed out you may be looking at replacing that bracket.
