97 jeep zj. All new steering components but steering box. 2in lift, HD steering from rustys, new bilstien shocks, new stabilizer and HD bushing, if I go over 45 and hit a little bump or pot hole in the road the front tires turn side to side. Sometime I can hit the gas before I hit little bump and it won't DW. there is play in the steering box. I have dumped tone of money in to this week and can afford to put touch more into it. What could be causing this problem?
I just fixed my dw issue last night, I had the xj aligned & they rotated the tires. After I put the tires back the dw was gone. They rotated them exactly as they should but what was the power tire on the rear has the least amount of tread and the difference between the tread on the two fronts is what caused the issue

Thats what you get for spending money on TOYS. Before you do the BASIC mantenance. The oppertunity to spend even MORE money. Balance/Rotate tires. Adjust alignment. Inspect and replace and worn component, Trackbar, ball joints, TREs, bushings. If you have play in the steering that will be the source or symptom of the DW cause.
