Then that's not the problem. Yes you can turn the key or just run it a bit so there's pressure in the rail behind the injectors and cut it off and then pull the rail (Remember with the fuel line and injectors in place) and if ones leaking you'll see it right away. if one is just put one of your old ones in place of that one untill you get another 703. No need to take all 6 back out.

Could be anything. I'll assume you have no leaks anywhere and you didn't cross any wires installing them? If it's running rich perhaps an injectors is stuck open or "leaking down". The best way to check this is to get the fuel rail up to pressure and then immediately remove the rail leaving the fuel line and all the injectors attached. Since you just changed the injectors you'll have no problem doing this. If one of the injectors is leaking down you will see it still dripping a bit when you do this. That will cause some of the symptoms you describe.

Basically I clean the outside with degreaser and a scrub brush. Then I take them apart and soak them a day in concentrated injector cleaner. I then flush them off inside and out with starting fluid. I reverse flush them and then open them with a battery and spray starting fluid thru them to see they are spraying correctly. Then I check them with an ohm meter and put them back together and use new o-rings and micro filters in the tops.

I don't have personal experience with those ujoints but I'd say anything beats Autozone's Duralast brand! By just looking at em, they seem like they wouldn't be a bad choice! If I were you, I'd go ahead and try those out and if and when they break, then replace em with Spicer joints.
