    ok sweet haha I want a new trans because the gears in mine are so damn short haha im in 3rd going 20... but a 6 is probably what im doing, and I can get that hooked up just by going to a junkyard? i thought i needed like other **** that would make it a pain in the *** haha but thanks

    I'd say if you got time and money, it would be worth it, especially if you have the 4 banger that your info box suggests. I'd definitely put work and time into getting a I6, 4.0L engine before putting money into a lift. The transmission should be fine with the 6-cylinder unless it's in bad shape. You can always get an automatic and transfer case from a junkyard, as well as a front 4x4 axle. Definitely get her running and driving right, then lift and new tires.

    I have a 93 cherokee an old utility truck for some park district, its got almost 140,000 miles, I mean I bought the thing for 500 bucks, but I want to make it sick I was thinking of putting a new motor, trans and pretty much everything else in it over time then lifting it... does anyone think its worth it?
