    No recall ever for that. Rrenix has to crank over at 300 RPM plus before the eCU will give fuel and fire. You can improve on it though. Upgrade your battery cables and ground cables. Make your cPS adjustable etc. You're gonna get 4 to 5 revolutions before it starts anyway it seems. Clean your throttle body and IAC and make sure your intake manifold bolts aren't loosened up.
