    got my jeep back and it was possible to switch the insides of the 95 transfer case to the 92 231j. now time to sort out the other ****.

    wtf? transfercase issue!! 92 xj 4.0 automatic...transfercase broke, got a transfercase from 95..same 21 spline input shaft but new input shaft is too small. both are 272 ratio and 231. is it possible to switch out the input shafts to make this work?
