have any of you 2 door owners made your xj doorless, with easy on off doors. ive looked at a couple of different forums where 4 doors have done it and it doesnt look to hard, but i have also seen complaints about how heavy a door can be (on a 4door) so if theirs is heavy how bad will removing mine be if i where to do that, anyone know like how much a door ways or if its difficult to lift and move alot.

any help would be nice.

i went with custom halfdoors, but plan on getting new doors and putting quick release pins in the hinge.

if i could suggest anything at all don't mess with your stock doors, I've pulled them off before and while it was awesome for awhile eventually I had to put them back on. They have never been aligned correctly since then due to that the metal housing the door latch has cracked and makes it very rough to try and get it to shut.. hindsight is hilarious
