Removed bumper caps, back glass, hatch, and all the carpet... Trimmed fenders just enough where it looks almost stock and re-welded the back inner and outer quarter just to keep it stronger... Got about a inch or inch and a half off and taking the flares off gave an inch or so themselves...

After i wire wheeled the wheels down and painted them black cause they sat for like 5 years outside and were pretty tarnished and some rust... Getting there!
